Configuring Infor Public Sector for single sign on

Before users can be set up for single sign on, single sign on must be enabled in the Configuration Editor. To do this, open the Configuration Editor and edit the Hansen8 configuration.

Edit these elements in the Hansen8 configuration to enable single sign on:

  • First, select the AUTOLOGIN element and set the allow attribute to true.
  • Next, select the NETWORKACCESS element. For the domain attribute, specify the agency's domain name. This is the domain that is displayed in the Domains tree in the Single Sign On Manager. For the user and pw attributes, specify the user name and password of an account that has access to the domain's Active Directory.

In addition, to use single sign on, ASP.NET Impersonation and Windows Authentication must be enabled for your Infor Public Sector site in IIS. In addition, permissions must be set properly for the Preferences folder in the Infor Public Sector application folder. See the Infor Public Sector Installation Guide for details.
