Lookup Work Orders

To review or update a work order, you can use the lookup to locate the work order you want.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the work orders that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all work orders for a certain activity, or all work orders scheduled for a particular date.

After Infor Public Sector locates the work orders that match your search criteria, you can select one or more work orders from the search results and use the Action button to update them in bulk or view them in the Project Viewer. You can also print your search results and view a map of all the work orders you located. You can load a work order into the Work Order InfoViewer, where you can view, print, update, and view a map of the work order.
