Completing tasks

  1. Select the Planned Tasks tab in the Work Order InfoViewer.
  2. Select one or more tasks in the Tasks grid and click Complete Selected.
    You can also click Complete All to complete all of the tasks in the grid.
  3. Review the completion information.
    The Completed field shows the current date and time by default, and the Completed By field shows your employee ID. You can enter any additional comments in the Completion Info field.
  4. Click Save.
