Map Drawer for Lookup Work Orders

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in Lookup Work Orders to show the locations of one or more work orders in the lookup results grid. You can also use Map Drawer to populate the lookup.

Populating the lookup means that you can search for work orders in the map rather than entering search criteria in the lookup. In the map, select each work order that you want to work with, then click Action and select Populate Lookup. Infor Public Sector loads the selected work orders in the lookup results grid, just as if you had searched for them in the lookup.

This table describes each option that is available from the Map Drawer button in Lookup Work Orders.

Option	Description
Show Selected Items	Shows the work orders that you select in the lookup results grid.
Show All Items	Shows all work orders in the lookup results grid.

Commands

This table describes each command that is available in the Map Drawer for Lookup Work Orders. Action commands are invoked from the Action button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking on a map marker.

Command	Description
Create Group Project (action)	Creates a group project for the selected assets.
Populate Lookup (action)	Loads the work orders that you select on the map into the lookup results grid.
