Creating an activity category

  1. Select Work Management > Setup > Activity Workflow.
  2. In the Activities tree, browse to the node in which you want to add a category.
    This can be the Activities root node or an "Activity Category" node.
  3. Right-click the node and select Create a Category.
  4. Type a name for the activity category in the Category Name field.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector closes the dialog box and shows the category in the Activities tree. You can now define activities for this category. You can also define subcategories for this category by following the current instructions.
