Setting work order due date options

Infor Public Sector will automatically calculate work orders' due dates based on the options that you define for the activity.

The Due Within fields specify the number of days and hours before which a work order must be completed, and the From list specifies the date from which Infor Public Sector will calculate the due date. You can select Scheduled, Initiated, or Started. For example, if you specify 5 days in the Due Within fields and select Scheduled from the From list, Infor Public Sector will calculate each work order's due date by adding 5 days to the scheduled date.

You can also select the Fixed check box if you don’t want Infor Public Sector to recalculate a work order’s due date if the date you selected in the From list changes. Otherwise Infor Public Sector will recalculate the due date.

Finally, you can select the Workdays Only check box if you don't want Infor Public Sector to count weekends and holidays when calculating due dates.
