Calendar options

To configure the Schedule Calendar, click the Settings button Settings button to open the Calendar Options dialog box.

The Calendar Options dialog box has two tabs: Data and Week View.

On the Data tab, you can select the types of information that you want to show on the calendar, including holidays, work orders, service requests, inspections, employee leave, and inspections and reviews for the various CDR modules. The available options will vary depending on the modules your agency has purchased.

On the Week View tab, you can set display options for the calendar's Week tab, including the colors of moveable and static assignments and the start and end times for the calendar display.

The Default Duration field indicates how Infor Public Sector will show items without fixed durations. By default this value is set to two hours. For example, if a work order has a scheduled start time but no scheduled finish time, Infor Public Sector shows the work order as a two hour block.
