Adding a resource to a usage group

  1. Select Resources > Scheduling > Usage Group.
  2. In the Usage Groups tree, browse to the node for resource type you want to add under the correct usage group.
  3. Click the correct resource type node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
  5. Enter search criteria at the top of the dialog box to locate the resource you want to add.
  6. Click Search.
    Infor Public Sector shows a list of the resources that match your search criteria.
  7. Select the correct resource and click Select.
    Infor Public Sector closes the dialog box and shows the resource in the "Usage Groups" grid. You can click an Employee ID link in the grid to load an employee record into the Employee InfoViewer or click an "Asset ID" link to load an asset into the asset InfoViewer.
