Properties tree nodes

This table describes each node in the Properties tree in the Contact and Property Browser.

Note: Some nodes listed below are only displayed if your agency has purchased the respective Infor Public Sector product and if you have the necessary access rights to that product.
Node Description
Properties (root node) Contains nodes for the property records that match your search criteria.
Property Node for a property that matches your search criteria. A property is a piece of real estate owned by a customer that represents multiple addresses or parcels, such as an apartment complex or a facility. Unlike a building or complex, a property is not an asset in your agency's inventory. When you click the node, information about the property is displayed on the right.
Contacts Node for the contacts associated with a property. A contact is anybody that your agency can correspond with regarding issues that affect the property, such as an owner, a caretaker, or a tenant. When you click this node, Infor Public Sector shows information on the property's current and previous contacts in the grids on the right.
Addresses Node or the addresses associated with the property or associated with the parcel that the property is located on. To associate additional addresses with the property, open the property record and add the addresses. This node may contain one or more "Address" nodes.
Parcels Node for a parcel associated with the property. A parcel is an area of land defined for administrative or tax purposes. When you click the node, information about the parcel is displayed on the right. This node shows the parcel's identification code and contains these nodes: Contacts and Addresses. To associate additional parcels with the property, open the property record in the Property InfoViewer and add the parcels. This node may contain one or more "Parcel" nodes.
Properties Node for any additional properties that are associated with the selected property.
Accounts Node for the billing accounts associated with the property.
Applications Node for the applications where the property is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
Assets Node for the assets located at the property. To associate additional assets with the property, use the Assets tab on the Property InfoViewer.
Cases Node for the cases where the property is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
Licenses Node for the license applications where the property is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
