Parcels tree nodes

This table describes each node in the Parcels tree in the Contact and Property Browser.

Note: Some nodes are only displayed if your agency has purchased the respective Infor Public Sector product and if you have the necessary access rights to that product.
Node Description
Parcels (root node) Node for a parcel that matches your search criteria. A parcel is an area of land defined for administrative or tax purposes. The parcel node contains these eight nodes: Addresses, Parcels, Properties, Accounts, Applications, Cases, Licenses and Service Requests.
Parcel Node for a parcel record.
Contacts Node for the contacts associated with a parcel. A contact is anybody that your agency can correspond with regarding a parcel, such as a property owner, a caretaker, or a tenant. When you click this node, Infor Public Sector shows information on the parcel's current and previous contacts in the grids on the right.
Addresses Node for the addresses associated with the parcel. To associate additional addresses with the parcel, open the parcel record in the Parcel InfoViewer and add the addresses.
Parcels Node for any additional parcels that are associated with the selected parcel.
Properties Node for a property associated with the parcel. A property is a piece of real estate that represents multiple addresses or parcels, such as an apartment complex or a facility.
Accounts Node for the billing accounts associated with the parcel.
Applications Node for the applications where the parcel is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
Cases Node for the cases where the parcel is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
Licenses Node for the licenses where the parcel is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site.
Service Requests Node for the service requests located at the parcel. A service request tracks a customer service call from the initial problem report or information request through to its resolution.
