"Resource Pool" node "Resource Pool"

Node for a resource pool. A resource pool is a group of employees, equipment, or vehicles that can be scheduled to work on service requests, work orders, and group projects. For example, you can have an employee resource pool called Meter Readers. When a service request is created for a meter reading, you can assign an employee from that resource pool to perform the reading. Infor Public Sector tracks the availability of the resources in your resource pools and prohibits scheduling resources that are unavailable. When you click the "Resource Pool" node, a grid is displayed on the right listing all the resources in the pool. The node shows the resource pool's identification code.
