Cashiering enhancements

This update includes these enhancements for the Cashiering module.

First, the Infor device control for cashiering hardware has been updated to support Windows authentication. This has been added to support on-premises sites that have single sign on enabled.

In the Infor Device Client Configuration tool, select Enable Windows Authentication. By default, the Windows credentials of the logged in user in Infor Public Sector are used. If you want to use a specific account for authentication, select the Specify Windows Account check box and specify the credentials in the Domain, Username, and Password fields.

Note: You might need to edit file permissions after upgrading to the January 2023 version of the Infor device control.

See File permissions for cashiering hardware.

Second, there is one change in the Content Manager. The Count Out and Pending Transaction tabs in the Cash Drawer Count Out window are now available for editing. These tabs previously could not be edited in the Content Manager.
