Related service requests in CDR

You can now associate service requests with applications in all seven CDR modules. Service requests previously could be associated with code enforcement cases, project applications, and business licenses only.

Use the Service Requests grid on the Related Records tab of the application InfoViewer.

Note: The relationship is only shown in the application InfoViewer. Related applications are not shown in the Service Request InfoViewer.

In Access Control, permissions to view, add, and delete associated service requests must be configured separately for each application type. The permissions are found under CDR > [module] > Application Types > [application type] > Application > View Application > View Related Records > View Service Requests.

You must also set status code permissions for service requests under CDR > [module] > Status Codes > Application > View Application > View Related Records > View Service Requests.
