Searching for purchase and transfer requests

Use the Replenishment tab to keep track of purchase and transfer requests that have been created to replenish parts in your stock area. Each request is recorded as a line item in a requisition. To create requisitions, use the Requisition button on the Inventory tab or the Create Requisition form.

To search for requests you must enter your stock area and any additional search criteria, such as a requisition number or a status. Infor Public Sector shows all purchase request and transfer request line items for requisitions that specify your stock area as the requesting stock area. You can then approve, reject, or cancel line items or create receipt transactions for requisitioned parts.

  1. Select Inventory > Materials Management > Materials Manager.
  2. Click the Replenishment tab.
  3. Specify your stock area in the Stock Area field.
  4. Enter your search criteria in the fields at the top of the Replenishment tab.
  5. Click Search.
    Infor Public Sector shows all purchase requests and transfer requests that match your search criteria. You can click any Requisition # link to view and edit a requisition in the Requisition InfoViewer. You can also use the Line Item links to view individual line items, or the Part # links to view requested parts in the Part InfoViewer.
