Transaction InfoViewer
The Transaction InfoViewer shows information about an inventory transaction, such as the transaction date, the part involved, the part's stock location, and other information specific to the type of transaction.
You access the InfoViewer by clicking the Transaction # link on any form that shows the link. Infor Public Sector then loads the record into the viewer. If you accessed the viewer from a lookup, you can use the and buttons to view each transaction in the lookup grid.
Note: The only change you can make to a
completed transaction record is to update its budget numbers and comments. To correct
the on hand quantity of a part involved in a transaction, create an adjustment
transaction. Also note that the viewer includes a Parts Used tab for assemble transactions, a Parts Disassembled tab for disassemble
transactions, and a Vendor tab
for receipt and direct shipment transactions.
