Asset inspection viewer buttons

This table describes each button in the asset inspection viewer in the mobile app:

Return buttonReturn

Closes the viewer and returns you to the location from which you opened it.

Start buttonStart

Starts the timer, which can be used to record the time taken to complete an inspection.

Stop buttonStop

Stops the timer.

Save buttonSave

Saves any changes that you have made to the inspection record.

Record Result buttonClose

Used to close a completed inspection.

Action buttonAction

Used to complete actions such as rescheduling or reassigning an inspection. Tap the Action button to show a list of options.

Print buttonPrint Report

Used to print any reports that are associated with the current record. Depending on how your agency has configured its reporting application, you can print to an agency server, print through the cloud, print locally through a wireless connection such as Bluetooth, or email the report.

Add Resource Usage button Add Resource Usage

This button is displayed on the Resource Usage tab. It can be used to add resource usage to the current inspection.

Add Usage Group button Add Usage Group

This button is displayed on the Resource Usage tab. It can be used to record resource usage based on a usage group.

Add Usage button Add Usage

This button appears on the Add usage items from a group screen, which appears when you add usage for a usage group. It is used to record usage for the selected resources.

Link button Link

Used to link inspection observations to work orders.
