Recording usage group usage

If the app is configured to record group usage, you can select a usage group and then record time for multiple resources simultaneously.

  1. Tap the Action button and select Add Time.
    If you're recording time for a work order, and if the work order activity includes task-based resource usage estimates, the app shows the Add From Groups dialog box.

    For asset inspections and service requests the Add usage items from a group screen is shown.

  2. If you see the Add From Groups dialog box for a work order, tap Usage Groups.
  3. Specify the usage group in the Usage Group field.
    The grid shows the employees, equipment, and vehicles that belong to the selected usage group.
  4. Select the check box for each resource for which you're recording time.
  5. Tap Add Usage.
  6. Specify the appropriate dates and times in the Charge From and To fields and tap OK.
