Rescheduling a service request

If you need to change the date for which a service request is scheduled, you can reschedule the service request in the service request viewer.

  1. Open the service request that you want to reschedule in the mobile app.
  2. Tap the Action button (three vertical dots) and select Reschedule.
  3. Change the date and time for which the service request is scheduled and tap OK.
