Creating service requests

In addition to working with existing service requests in the mobile app, you can create new service requests in two different ways:

  • On the home screen, you can tap the Action button (three vertical dots) and select Create Service Request.
  • If you're working with an existing request in the viewer, you can tap Action and select Add Service Request.
  • If you've opened an asset record in the asset viewer, you can tap Action and select Create Service Request to add a service request for the current asset.
  • You can create service requests from the map.
