Using checklists

If your agency has configured checklists, the Checklist tab is shown next to the Summary tab in the inspection viewer. A checklist is a special type of control that can be used to add code violations to an inspection. Each numbered entry in the checklist represents a set of possible code violations to check for.

To complete the checklist, add a code violation for each entry. To add a code violation, tap the Add button to the right of the correct entry. The app then shows a list of code violations that are valid for the selected entry.

See Adding code violations to an inspection.

Some entries in the checklist may also have quick entry buttons configured. A quick entry button is displayed to the left of the Add button, with a name assigned by the agency. If it is present, you can tap the quick entry button to add the default code violation for the entry in one step.
