Synchronization history

GIS synchronization can involve large numbers of records with different results, so it's important to have a way to keep track of everything. For example, some records will be synchronized without any problems, but others might return errors or be unable to proceed due to data conflicts.

You can also create a report-only synchronization run, in which the two datasets are analyzed but no data is transferred. In that case you will want to see the results of the analysis, such as which records are in sync, which have data mismatches, and which are orphans.

The GIS Feature Synchronization task creates three kinds of records that provide detailed reports on the sync process: sync batches, sync audits, and sync integrations. You can use the lookups under System > GIS Synchronization > Sync History to review these records and for further processing.
