Sync Audit InfoViewer
Use the Sync Audit InfoViewer to view and process sync audits. Each sync audit analyzes a pair of corresponding records in Infor Public Sector and your GIS, such as the two records for the same address. It indicates the condition of the records, such as whether they are in sync or whether a data mismatch was detected, and the status, such as whether the records were successfully synchronized or whether an error occurred.
The Field Values tab shows the field mappings between the two datasets. The Sync Action List tab lists any actions taken on the sync audit, such as creating or updating a record. The Sync Details tab displays further information, such as error messages. You can use the button to further process a sync audit, to set the responsibility, or to ignore the audit.
