Lookup Sync Audit

Sync audits are created by the GIS Feature Synchronization task in the Batch Manager. Each audit analyzes a specific pair of corresponding records in Infor Public Sector and your GIS, such as the two records for the same address. It indicates the status and condition of the records, such as whether they are in sync or whether there is a data conflict.

You can use the lookup's Action button to further process sync audits. For example, you can synchronize records if orphans or data mismatches are detected, and you can resolve data conflicts. You can also set the responsibility for one or more sync audits, and you can ignore sync audits.
