Lookup Service Requests

To review or update a service request, you can use the lookup to locate the service request you need.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the service requests that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all service requests assigned to a certain inspector or all inspections scheduled for a particular date.

You can then print your search results, view a map of the requests you located, or use the Action button to delete a request. If your agency has purchased Infor Public Sector Code Enforcement, you can also use the Action button to create a new case from a service request or link a request to an existing case.
