Scheduling service request inspections

After a service request is submitted you will typically assign an inspector and schedule the inspection.
  1. Select Customer Service > Service Request > Dispatch Inspector.
    Note: You can also use Check TO-DO List to schedule inspections.
  2. Look up the correct service requests.
  3. In the Service Request Results grid, select each service request for which you want to schedule an inspection.
  4. Click Action and select Schedule Inspection(s).
  5. Specify the date the inspections are to take place in the Schedule On field.
  6. Click Schedule.
    Infor Public Sector schedules each service request for inspection on the date you entered. If you open a request in the InfoViewer, you can see the scheduled date on the Inspection tab.
