Looking up service requests

Lookup Service Requests has one feature that is distinct from the other lookups in Infor Public Sector. If you select the Show Linked Requests check box, the search results will include any service requests that are linked to requests that match your search criteria. In addition, Infor Public Sector automatically begins the search when you select Show Linked Requests, so it has the same effect as clicking the Search button. If you are using this check box, you should enter your other search criteria first.
