Resolving review problems

You can resolve a single problem or multiple problems at once. For example, say you’ve noted several problems while conducting review of a set of plans. Upon a second review of these plans, you find that some of these problems have been resolved. You can resolve individual problems by editing them in the grid, or you can save some time by resolving several problems simultaneously.

  1. Begin to record review results, or load a review in the InfoViewer.
  2. On the Problems tab, select each problem in the grid that you want to resolve.
  3. Click the Resolve Problems link above the grid.
  4. Specify a resolution code in the Resolution Code field.
  5. Make any other changes to the problem.
    You can specify the date and time the problems were resolved, the employee who resolved the problems, the version number of the plans containing the resolution, and any comments.
  6. Click Save.
