Viewing fee information (CDR Billing)

The fields at the top of the Fees tab show summary information about the fees charged to the customer, including paid fees, unpaid fees, overpayments, and the amount currently due.

These amounts include all standard fees, initial deposit fees, and additional deposit fees, but not at cost fees. At cost fees are paid with funds that the customer has already deposited, so their amounts are excluded from the totals at the top of the Fees tab. If the account associated with the application has changed at some point, the Overpayments field shows the total overpayments for the current account only.

More detailed information is displayed in three subtabs:

  • The Fees subtab shows all fees on the application that are associated with the application's current billing account. If the account associated with the application has changed at some point, fees associated with the old account may also be displayed, depending on your system configuration and the transfer option that was selected when the account was changed. See "How to Change an Application's Billing Account" for more information.
  • The Deposits subtab shows information on any deposits associated with the application, including the total amount of deposits, the total amount of paid at cost fees, and the current deposit balance. Note that the Deposits subtab is only displayed if the application has one or more initial deposit fees.
  • The Transactions subtab shows two grids. The Payment Transactions grid shows a list of fee payments. Depending on your system configuration, this grid shows either payment transactions from all accounts that have been associated with the application, or only the current account. You can click any Payment # link to open the payment in the Transaction InfoViewer. The Fee Transactions grid lists all transactions associated with the application, regardless of the associated billing account. The grid on each subtab also shows the account number for each transaction. You can click any account number to open the account in the Manage Account page.
