Defining a yearly schedule

  1. Begin to define a periodic inspection schedule.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Yearly from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify the day of the year on which inspections will be scheduled.
If you want the inspection scheduled for a specific date, select Every [Month] [Day], and then select the correct month and day, such as February and 15 to schedule the inspection for every February 15th. If you want the inspection scheduled on a specific day of the week, select The [Nth] [Weekday] of [Month], and then select the correct week, day, and month, such as Third, Friday, and June to schedule the inspection for the third Friday in June of each year.
  4. Enter any other information about the interval.
You can use the "Days is Advance" fields to indicate how far in advance an inspection can be scheduled, such as indicating that an inspection must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is conducted. You can also use the Starting Date field to indicate the date on which Infor Public Sector will begin scheduling inspections based on this interval.
  5. Click Save.
Infor Public Sector saves the inspection schedule with the interval that you defined. You must have entered all required information for the schedule to save it.
  6. Continue to define the periodic inspection schedule.
