Endorsements

Infor Public Sector uses endorsements to record additional rights granted to a licensee to provide products or services that are not covered by a license.

For example, your agency may require a restaurant owner who wants to sell liquor and provide catering services as part of her business to have a Restaurant license with child Liquor and Catering endorsements.

Endorsements are defined as part of a license type, use milestones to proceed through their own approval process, and track supporting information, such as fees, inspections, and reviews, similar to a license type. Depending on your agency's setup, an endorsement can also halt the licensing process of a parent license application until specific criteria are met.
