Adding a license detail

You can add a license detail to a license whenever required. License details are pieces of information that your agency wants to record for a particular license, such as the kind of certifications an applicant holds or any special qualifications an applicant might possess. You can use the License InfoViewer to add details. You can also use the Review InfoViewer or the Inspection InfoViewer to add license details to the associated license.

  1. Load a license, review, or inspection in the InfoViewer.
  2. On the License Details tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Select the correct license detail.
  4. Click Select.
    Infor Public Sector adds the license detail to the license and shows it in the grid.
  5. In the License Details grid, click the Description link for the detail you just added.
  6. Specify the information that you want to record for the detail.
  7. Click Save.
