Checking in plans

After you've checked out plan copies, checking them in is a simple process. When you select a checked out copy in the Plan Copies grid, Infor Public Sector enables the appropriate In link above the grid. For example, if a copy is checked out to an outsource, Infor Public Sector activates the In link next to Outsource. (The corresponding Change link is also activated, which you can use to change the checkout information.)

To check in a copy, select it in the grid, click the In link, specify the correct check in date, and click Save. Infor Public Sector checks in the copy and changes its status to In.

Infor Public Sector also adds a status log entry each time a plan copy is checked in or out. You can click the History link in a plan copy's Log column to view a complete history of status logs.
