Removing a contact from multiple cases

To remove a contact from more than one case you must identify the contact and enter selection criteria for the cases the contact will be removed from. For example, if you select Licensed Contact from the Contact Type list, the contact will only be removed from cases with which he or she is associated as a licensed contact.

  1. Look up the cases from which you want to remove the contact.
  2. Select the correct cases.
  3. Click Action and select Change Contacts.
  4. Select Remove from the Change Type list.
  5. Enter the contact information for the contact you're removing.
  6. Click Save.
