Adding a case to a case group

A case group is a collection of cases that are related in some way, such as cases for similar types of code violations. You can use the Case Lookup to associate any case with a case group. You can then specify that group in the lookup and perform a new search to locate the other cases in that group. Note that you can associate a case with more than one case group.

  1. Look up the case that you want to associate with a group.
  2. Select the correct case.
  3. Click Action and select Add to Group.
    Infor Public Sector shows a list of your agency's case groups.
  4. Select the correct case group and click Select.
