Code Enforcement overview

Infor Public Sector handles your agency's code enforcement process from the time a case is filed to the time it is resolved.

A case typically begins with a report of a code violation, such as a hazardous condition or a nuisance that requires abatement. You can use Infor Public Sector to initiate the case, track the required fees, conditions, and inspections, and advance the case through its code enforcement process. You can record detailed information for every case, including the address or property affected by the code violation and the contacts for the case.

Infor Public Sector provides several tools that you can use to track cases. You can use the Case lookups to search for cases, reviews, hearings, and inspections. After you locate the information you want, you can use InfoViewers to review and update existing cases, reviews, hearings, and inspections. When working with cases, you can view a case's location on a map by clicking the Map Drawer button.
