Viewing budget allocation history

Infor Public Sector creates a record of every allocation change, allowing you to view a complete history of the funding requests and allocations for a budget. You can view the details of every allocation change for any organizational level.

  1. Load the budget you want into the Budget InfoViewer.
  2. On the Organizational Hierarchy tab, browse to the organization level whose allocation history you want to view.
  3. Select the Category Hierarchy tab.
  4. In the Category Hierarchy tree, browse to the category whose allocation history you want to view.
  5. Click the "Category" node.
  6. Click View Allocation History.
