Finalizing accounts

To close non-occupancy accounts, you must first change the account status to F (final) in the Manage Account page. Accounts with a final status are then closed by the Close Accounts Run task in the Batch Manager.

To change an account's status to final, click the Finalize Account link on the Maintenance tab, or in the Quick Links panel.

If the account status is F, the Finalize Account link is replace by the Reactivate Account link. Click this link to change the status back to A (active).
