Recalculating budgeted amounts

You can use Review Budget Billing to recalculate the budgeted amount for one or more accounts at any time. For example, after reviewing budget billing plans, you might determine that some accounts aren’t being charged enough. By recalculating the budgeted amounts, you can bring them more in line with the actual charges.

Note: Depending on the plan setup, Infor Public Sector also recalculates the budgeted amount annually, or at the interval specified for the budget billing plan.
  1. Select Billing > Bill > Review Budget Billing.
  2. Look up the budget billing plans you want to recalculate.
  3. In the Budget Billing Accounts grid, select each account that you want to recalculate.
  4. Click the down arrow in the top right corner of the grid and select RECALCULATE.
  5. Click Yes.
