Creating service requests

If you need to create the same type of service request for multiple billing accounts, you can use Lookup Accounts to create the service requests in bulk. You specify the request type and Infor Public Sector creates a service request for each selected account, pulling the location and contact information from the account records.

  1. Select Billing > Account > Lookup Accounts.
  2. Look up the accounts you want to work with.
  3. Select each account for which you're creating a service request in the Account Lookup Results grid.
  4. Click Action and select Create Service Request(s).
  5. Specify the service request type in the Request Type field.
  6. Provide any comments for the service requests in the Comments field.
  7. Click Save.
