Editing account information

To update basic information for an account, such as the account class or the billing cycle, use the Account panel on the Profile tab.

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the account you want.
  3. On the Profile tab, click the Review button on the Account panel.
    Infor Public Sector makes the fields in the Account panel editable.
  4. Update the information as required.
  5. Click Save.
