Rearranging a payment arrangement

Rearranging is one of two ways to change the terms of a payment arrangement. You can also edit the terms of the arrangement if no payments have been received. The difference is that Infor Public Sector adds a payment arrangement history record when you rearrange the arrangement, but not when you edit the terms.

  1. Open the arrangement in the Payment Arrangement InfoViewer.
    You can open the Payment Arrangement InfoViewer by clicking the arrangement number link on any page that shows the link. For a current arrangement, the link is displayed in the Bills panel on the Summary tab of the Manage Account page. You can also access the InfoViewer by clicking the View Payment Arrangement History link on the Transactions tab of the Manage Account page, or under Payments on the Maintenance tab.
  2. Click Rearrange.
  3. Specify the new arrangement terms in the Payment Arrangement dialog box.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Specify the reason you're changing the arrangement in the Reason for Rearrange field.
  6. Click Save.
