Delinquency Run InfoViewer
The Delinquency Run InfoViewer shows information on a selected delinquency run, such as the date and time the run was scheduled, the employee who scheduled the run, the number of accounts processed, and any exceptions.
Delinquency runs in Infor Public Sector include two distinct processes that can be run either separately or together: entering new accounts into delinquency and advancing accounts that are already in delinquency. Under , the Delinquency Run InfoViewer indicates whether the run included the Advancement of Accounts process, the Entry Accounts process, or both. If the run included both processes, Infor Public Sector shows the duration of each process and the number of accounts included in each.
You access the Delinquency Run InfoViewer by clicking the Run # link on any form that shows the link. The InfoViewer shows each account in the run in the grid on the Accounts tab. The Exceptions tab shows any exceptions that occurred during the run, and the Batch Log tab shows the Batch Manager log entries for the run.
