Updating the Manage Account page custom tab

If your agency has set up a custom tab for the Manage Account page, the information on that tab will be read-only when you first load an account. To edit this information, click the Update Custom Tab link under Account on the Maintenance tab. This link can also be displayed in the Quick Links panel on the Summary tab.

When you click this link, the Edit Custom Tab dialog box is displayed. You can use this box to edit the information on the custom tab and save your changes.
