Reconciling an account

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the account you want.
  3. On the Maintenance tab, under Transactions, click Reconcile Account.
    Infor Public Sector shows a dialog box asking if you're sure you want to reconcile the account.
    Note: The Reconcile Account link can also be displayed in the Quick Links panel or the Account panel on the Summary tab. The link is only displayed on the Summary tab if the account has available credits. The link is always displayed on the Maintenance tab, because there may be cases where an account with available credits is flagged incorrectly. (The CREDFLAG column in the ACCOUNT table indicates if an account has credits, and it may be set incorrectly due to database errors.)
  4. Click Yes.
    Infor Public Sector applies the available credits on the account to unpaid charges until all debits are paid or all credits are applied.
