Lookup Accounts

To review or update account information, you can use the lookup to locate the account you want.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the accounts that match that information. For example, you can search for an account based on the name of the customer, the service address, or the account status.

After Infor Public Sector locates the accounts that match your search criteria, you can print your search results or load an account into the Manage Account page. You can also select multiple accounts in the lookup results and update those accounts or create service requests in bulk.
