Review Budget Billing

Review Budget Billing is a lookup that you can use to review accounts on budget billing plans.

The lookup helps you ensure that accounts on budget billing are being charged the correct amounts, and that they’re keeping up with their payments. If accounts are being over- or undercharged, you can recalculate budgeted amounts and settle variances as required. If an account on a budget billing plan is past due, the lookup shows the number of late payments and the past due balance. You can use Review Budget Billing to send warning notices or remove accounts from budget billing.

Note: You can also use the Budget Billing Payment Review task in the Batch Manager to review accounts on budget billing plans and ensure that they are keeping up with their obligations.
