Seasonal addresses

If a contact spends part of the year at a different address, you can record that seasonal address and deliver bills and notices there while the contact is at that address.

To record a seasonal address, select the Seasonal Address tab while adding or editing an account contact. Specify the seasonal address, and specify the dates this address is effective in the Effective From and To fields. Infor Public Sector will use the seasonal address for bills and correspondence between the effective dates.
