Adding documents to the IPS IMS connection point

  1. In ION Desk, select Connect > Connection Points.
  2. Click the ips_ims connection point to open it.
    The ips_ims connection point is configured for you by the Infor Cloud team.
  3. Click Add above the Documents grid.
  4. Select each document that you will send or receive between IMS and Infor Public Sector and click OK.
    The Infor Public Sector document names all start with IPS_.
  5. In the Documents grid, select the Send from Application check box for each document that you want to send from Infor Public Sector.
  6. Select the Receive in Application check box for each document that Infor Public Sector will receive.
  7. Click Save.
