Resetting Billing Calendar jobs

When a particular job set up in the Billing Calendar is run, it as marked as having been invoked so that it will not accidentally run again. You can see which jobs have been invoked by checking the Was Invoked column in the Billing Calendar Jobs grid.

To rerun a job, due to an error, for example, it can be reset. When you reset a job, the flag indicating that it has been invoked is cleared so that it can run again.

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Billing > Billing Calendar.
  2. Specify your search criteria in the fields at the top of the page and click Search.
  3. In the Billing Calendar Jobs grid, select each job to be reset.
  4. Click Action and select Reset Selected Jobs.
