Process Next Milestone

The Process Next Milestone task advances all eligible applications, cases, or licenses to the next milestone.

Infor Public Sector also adds any related records that are defined for the new milestone, such as reviews, inspections, and fees.

This task is available for all CDR modules.

Setup

This table describes the Infor Public Sector setup forms that are used to configure this task:

Setup form Comments
Application Workflow Used to define building, planning, project,and use application types and milestones.
Case Workflow Used to define case types and milestones.
License Workflow Used to define license and trade license types and milestones.

Invocation

The Process Next Milestone task can be scheduled or invoked manually from the Batch Manager form, and it can be invoked through the console.

This table describes each parameter for this task:

Parameter Description
Application Type Type of building, planning, project, or use application for which the task will process the next milestone.
Case Type Type of case for which the task will process the next milestone.
License Type Type of license or trade license for which the task will process the next milestone.
Work Type Work type of the building, planning, project, or use applications for which the task will process the next milestone.
Case Group Case group for which the task will process the next milestone.
Category License or trade license category for which the task will process the next milestone.
Priority Priority of the applications, cases, or licenses for which the task will process the next milestone.
Filter By Date used to select licenses or trade licenses for processing. You can select Expire Date or Inactive Date.
Commit Every __ Records Number of applications, cases, or licenses processed in each batch.
Note: You can enter any number here, but there are limitations at the database level. Oracle databases have a limit of 1,000 records, and SQL Server databases have a limit of 2,000 records. Entering a larger number will cause errors.
